GL Strand

The screening From there my roots, and there my world extend... features six art videos addressing the personal point of view on the world. The works included in the screening are all made by Danish video artists, whose works span the past decade and represent a renewed interest in the documentary genre within contemporary art. The artists all share a focus on critical questions to the established narratives and investigations into the autobiographical material as a potential source of larger common narratives.
