From 22 May till 30 August 2015, MAMbo presents the first Italian solo show of Li Songsong, one of the most important artists of the new Chinese art scene.
The exhibition, titled Historical Materialism, offers a significant selection of works - mostly large pantings - set up in the Sala delle Ciminiere space.
Thursday, May 21, the artist will meet the public at the museum at 5 p.m. The talk is organized in collaboration with Associazione Collegio di Cina.
Afterwards, at 6 p.m., will take place the opening.
The exhibition is organised by MAMbo - Museo d'Arte Moderna di Bologna and Staatliche Kunsthalle Baden-Baden.
