INTERNATIONAL TOPSELLERS - human product
22 - 24 2017

TO HONOR AND VALUE MOMENTS RIGHTLY WE MUST NAME THEM. SOMETHING THAT PEOPLE WANT. SOMETHING MATERIAL, THAT MAY BE PERCEIVED BY THE SENSES. SOMETHING THAT WHEN VIEWED STIRS PARTICULAR EMOTION.
SOMETHING MENTAL OR PHYSICAL TOWARD WHICH THOUGHT, FEELING OR ACTION IS DIRECTED.

INTERNATIONAL TOPSELLERS merges social practice in a walk-in art installation. Specifically designed for Vienna/Kunsthaus Exnergasse human product will present (wearable) artworks at the intersection of contemporary art, fashion, theory and consumer culture in an audio-visually enhanced art fashion show.

The third edition of INTERNATIONAL TOPSELLERS - human product is a collective project by artists of the Dresden-based artspaces C. Rockefeller Center for the contemporary Art and STORE contemporary that collaborated with international artists and art collectives from Leipzig (Gallery Fist / BSMNT), Vienna and beyond.

Some Things make a great appearance. It is you, it is us and the holes in the world. this is so contemporary. It is radically why-not. Don`t forget, it is all completely made up and doesn`t help anyone! just like any other thing: MAY OR MAY NOT BE A THING.
